You were created to fill a unique role in your work.

That means that you are needed, but it also means that you must do it.

So this conversation, while I'm thrilled that you've joined it and it is for everybody,

this isn't about making you feel good, this is about helping you do good.

There is a world view of work that we are taking head on and that view is that we work

to live.

It is just a, I'm going to get a paycheck.

I need a paycheck to provide and hopefully I make enough to have some great memories.

Versus I live to work to make a contribution.

So it doesn't mean that all of your identities are up to your work.

I don't, I, this is what I'm saying.

So don't take that.

What I'm saying is, is you know inherently deep down inside of you that you were created

to contribute to work, to do good, to put good results into the world.

So that's why I wrote the new book from paycheck to purpose, which is the clear path to doing
