I was talking to my colleague John Deloney today, we were talking, we were sitting next to

each other and we were just talking about the idea of shame.

Do we choose shame?

See, I don't think we can choose guilt.

We know when we did something wrong, that's the conscience, that's that's seared into

who we are.

But I do think we choose shame.

Because once we've been forgiven, then we must forgive ourselves.
