this what is this lady all about and so I started following our guest today

who's Lauren Gibbs and I was just so struck by her dedication and

Athleticism and strength both mental and physical

So to sort of give you the punchline here, Lauren Gibbs is an Olympic competitor and she's competing in this current 2018 Olympic Winter Games.

So we're going to send all of our collective energy to her as she's competing in the two-man

Bobs sled event.
