Welcome back to the Power Hour podcast. Today I'm joined by a track and field athlete,

0:14.5

Team G Bree Sprinter and Huddler, Lena Nielsen. Welcome back to the podcast. Thank you for having me back.

0:20.7

Well, I say welcome back because

0:22.6

the last time we did the podcast, it was actually nearly four years ago. No. Yeah, it was January

0:28.9

2019. Oh my God, that is almost four years ago. I forget about almost the 2023. Where's the time

1:26.5

oh sure and yeah imposter, I remember us discussing that.

1:30.1

1:35.7

just having this stature and this power. And they're sometimes surprised to hear that those people

1:41.7
