This is where Gary went back to New Jersey, the state where he grew up in to give one of his

This is super duper fun for me. Obviously, I'm going to point in my life where I get the

great luxury of going around the world and speaking and visiting all sorts of great places,

but to be back where I grew up feels fucking amazing. I was doing some photos and even the people

I just took photos with, it was just like, I'm like, this is fucking Jersey. It's a different

flavor and I'm really excited to be here. So let's go right into it. I want to talk about a bunch

of different stuff. I've allocated some time for Q&A so we'll line up for that at some point.

But really, what's really interesting, actually, right before two seconds before I took the stage,

a gentleman grabbed me. When I spoke in Nashville, we did like a consulting session thing beforehand.

So I got like two hours with different people. And he just grabbed me and he's like, hey,

I just want you to know, I know you've got to take stage right now, but I took your advice and I

quit my job, but I also moved back to San Diego to do it and I decided to pursue happiness over money.

And it really hit me. Obviously, when you go on stage, getting something that feels that

nice right before we go on between being back home and hearing something like that, it's got me

in a really interesting mindset. We also had a really interesting drive for my office here for the
