Summary

There are several reasons most families lack a sense of productive teamwork within their families with a growing ability to do amazing things together. From the beginning, we have been cultivating a sense of teamwork in our family and share these important insights with you in this two-part series. It’s really cool to be able to get more done with more people helping, however, the bigger importance is how it better equips your kids for the uncertain world they will be launching into.

0:48.7	different courses and so forth. So we're so happy you're here. The ministry is encouraging to us.
0:55.3	I hope it's encouraging to you. It encourages our marriage and encourages us to spend some time
1:00.6	and really think about the experiences, the things we've learned and the things we're learning, right?
1:05.4	That's right. Because we're always learning. It's not like you ever arrive. As you guys know,
1:10.9	it's funny. Over the years, I've had a lot of moms reach out and say, all of you have
1:15.3	a struggle with this. I'm like, are you kidding me? 21 years in. I'm still struggling with this.
1:21.9	It's an ongoing project of sanctification. I think that I get to a place and I'm like,
1:27.4	oh wow, look at the growth. This is awesome. And then God humbles me again.
1:31.8	Yeah, absolutely. And today we're talking about pursue projects that require family teamwork.
1:36.9	And before you tune out a few of littles, it is for you too. Yeah. You guys just to give you
1:42.0	a little glimpse. So we're going to give you some really practical examples of ways that you can
1:46.8	do, pursue projects that require family teamwork. Even when you have littles and here's a good
1:52.7	example, we planted a acre and a half vineyard with five kids, five weeks after our fifth was born.
