| 1:23.6 | of the clients that I work with in my private practice are currently dealing with anxiety, |
| 1:30.5 | with anxious thoughts, with stress. I mean, how could you not write in the current climate that |
| 1:38.0 | we are living in, political climate, cultural climate, with all of the news that we get every day, |
| 1:47.2 | it's kind of difficult to not be stuck in this cycle of stress and anxiety. |
| 1:53.3 | But for some of us, it goes even a little deeper than that, |
| 1:57.4 | and we're anxious even when things are relatively peaceful and calm. And that's when |
