Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Middleground.

I'm Caroline and Joe is not with me today.

I am actually solo on the mic and I'm very excited about this episode.

As you can see from the title, I Got a new dog. I'm very excited to talk about

this because she is literally the love of my life and I've only had her a whole week. And yeah,

so before we dive into puppy talk and all things dogs, I'm going to share my grounding moment.

So obviously my grounding moment from the week was getting my dog. But I'm going to share my granny moment. So obviously my grounding moment from the

week was getting my dog, but I'll save that because I'm going to talk about her this whole

episode. So my granny moment from today actually was I was with Chris and Frankie, my doggy.

And I was like, Chris, you know what I haven't had in a long time?

And he's like, what? And he's, and I said, I haven't had a donut. Like, can we go get a donut,

please? And he's like, yeah, that's fine. And so we got in the car and we went to Krispy Kreme.

And right when we pulled up, the light was on,

like the red light, which means like the donuts are warm.

And I was like, oh my gosh.

And so we got a warm, nice donut.

And I got iced coffee.

And it was just very, very 10 out of 10 experience.

Also, if you hear dogs in the background, that is Frankie and

Chris's mom's dog, Wally. So I apologize for that, but that just adds to this whole puppy talk

that I'm about to do. But anyways, yeah, Joe and I thought it would be a good idea for me to do

a solo episode because
