Welcome back to Zen Parenting Radio.

It seems like we haven't done this in like two weeks.

That's because we taped two shows in one week because you had to travel for five days.

That's right.

So now I'm back.

So we're going to talk about three different things.

One is public humiliation. Yes. Of one's children. Which we've seen a lot of on the internet lately.

Yeah, we have some examples to share. Two is why yelling in your household is bad. Yes. How it affects your

kids. I mean, it affects your kids. But how it affects your kids negatively. That's right.? I mean, it affects you, but how it affects your kids negatively.

That's right.

And then last, I'm going to tell a story about me getting mad at Cameron and saying to her, Cameron, this is ridiculous.

And it had to do with walking to school.

Yes.

I played a role in that as well.

I was a little frustrated.

Are we going to talk about this cleanse? And we're going to talk about a little cleanse that we're doing.
