kids being extra needy? And you're the only parent that has to go with them somewhere.

Right. Like there is a field trip and your kid feels like you have to stay or, you know,

they go into a dance class and they tell you they want you

to stay. So it's the balance between are we, am I spoiling my kid if I go along or I'm, I'm harming

them if I don't go along? Exactly. And I actually wrote a blog about it last week of my own

personal experience because we've had a lot of experience with this. Do you feel like we're really close right now? We are. I, I, my leg is up on chairs right now because I played basketball today and I'm icing

it down. I know. You kind of have an old knee. I do as a matter of fact. I mean, one quick

tangent here. I stopped playing basketball about six weeks ago because I hurt my knee.

And I'd been icing it and staying off of it and doing everything that I feel like I'm supposed to be doing.

And my friend James Vuce, who's a doctor, gave me a very informal.

He's an orthopedic surgeon.
