yeah this is one of my most personal incentives around climate change is keeping the season really

We had a really rough summer last year with all the fire.

So fire plus COVID, it's quite the time.

Climate change is one reason why I didn't get involved in the ski industry.

Yeah, for those that don't know,

I actually, before going to get my transpersonal psychology degree,

I went out to Colorado to look at a program in mountain operations.

And I was reading in some of the news that some banks were,

like being cautious about getting loans out to ski resorts due to the impending consequences of climate change and how that could really disrupt the ski

industry. So I was like, maybe there's no security in that long term. Exactly. Yeah, it's an interesting thing. it's always been a troubled industry it's been

really hard for them to make money but some groups are figuring it out it's kind of nice to see

you know less resorts failing um because for a period there it was like you know a few resorts

would have to close every single year at least least swapping ownership and trying their best.

But, you know, whatever.

It's getting to that point.

And, yeah, climate is going to be a big impact there.
