And today on the show, we are joined by Dr. Malin Utog, who is an altered states of consciousness researcher from Norway and one of the world's leading experts in 5MEO DMT.

Dr. Uthog has a background in health and social psychology and also completed her PhD in psychopharmacology at Maastricht University.

And her doctoral dissertation featured five original naturalistic observational studies on the effects of ayahuasca and DMT.

And then also has done some breathwork research over at the Imperial College London, which is really awesome.
