Doing great, beautiful. What is it, Thursday today? Yeah, excited to be here with you and record.

You've been all over the place and excited to catch up on that. We'll do some news first,

then we'll talk about what you've been up to with these retreats and vital and

all that kind of fun stuff. Sounds like a plan. Cool. So before we dig in, everybody, just want to

let you know about the most amazing conference coming up in Los Angeles, March 30 through April 2.

It's going to be so fun. A lot of folks are going to be there about, I think upwards of 1,200 people maybe with the nightlife portion.

About 800 people is what we're expecting during the day.

All sorts of vendors, all sorts of really great speakers.

I think we're getting some really cool indigenous panels going. And yeah, this has been

what has been consuming most of my time for the last four or five months. So really excited to
