In our conversation, Corey and I discuss the value of storytelling in psychedelic spaces and how it can really affect change, not just at a personal level, but also at political levels.

And change is something that we need to keep encouraging in this space if we want to see it happen.

And our stories are a really powerful tool that we all have within us to share, so we got

Corey and I took the opportunity to share a few stories of our own when we chatted, and I shared

a particularly personal one about how psychedelics changed my life in a really profound way, following what

will hopefully be the most significant trauma I will probably ever go through.

And after we recorded, I started as we often do in these kinds of situations to question some of

the language that I used.

And I began to worry a little bit about a potential imbalance in my storytelling.

I feel it's important on platforms like ours to provide a full picture of the potential

of what can happen when we enter into relationships with these

substances because while they can be spectacular at times it is not always all sunshine and roses.
