Today on the show, we have Jason Slott, an associate professor at Ohio State,

doing some really cool research around genome in

mushrooms. Really, really fascinating. Character, loved this conversation. I think you will too.

We go all over the map. Definitely talk a lot about psychedelics, talk a lot about fungi generally,

and yeah, just some really great insights here this is a

maybe a little advanced so you know hold on you might have to listen to it two or three times on some

of the little sections here because it gets pretty sciencey and technical but I think it's really

valuable information and you know helpful for us to understand mushrooms a little bit better, which it's always, I think, important for us to understand fungi a little bit better.
