We got to explore the topic of psychedelics and creativity.

So there is a recent article that was published on May 16, 2022 by Sam Gandy, Valerie

Bennelly, Edward Jacobs, and David Luke.

And that paper is called Psychialics as Potential

Catalysts of Scientific Creativity and Insight. You can check this journal out or this article

at the Drug Science Policy and Law Journal. You can just type in the title in Google. You'll

probably find it. It seems like it's open access and you can

download it. So this episode is super fun. We got to chat about psychedelics as a catalyst for

creativity, scientific insight, and obviously microdosing with Jim Fateman and the potential there.

And we also get into dreams and other kind of states that can foster and elicit

creativity and insight. So yeah, really enjoyed this episode. I think you're going to enjoy it as

well. I'll leave that intro there and we'll jump into some updates. So we kicked off our

vital psychedelic training program in April, so that's why

I haven't been recording too many episodes here at psychedelics today. It's been awesome, really

fun, and just loving all of it. But yeah, been kind of distracted with that work. We just had our

first retreat there back in the end of July, and it was awesome.
