| 0:00.0 | My psycho grandmother demands that she'd be allowed to show up at my house anytime she wants |
| 0:04.7 | so that she can visit my baby. Things get so bad that she even shows up when she's not invited |
| 0:09.8 | and goes on to make false claims about me, all because I wouldn't bend to her will every time she screamed |
| 0:15.0 | at me. And I'm now on the verge of going no contact with this woman because her behavior is |
| 0:19.3 | honestly so insane. Here's what happened. |
| 0:21.8 | So my child was born with health issues that required frequent doctor's appointments. |
| 0:26.2 | We told everyone that we were accepting visitors, but you have to call first because we are |
| 0:30.5 | frequently out of the house. Now, you would think to yourself, this is reasonable, right? |
| 0:34.4 | Well, unfortunately, you would be completely wrong. My grandmother is the |
| 0:38.1 | quintessential entitled old person, implying that you should expect bad behavior on a regular basis. |
| 0:43.7 | And wouldn't you know it, this was no exception. She rallied my family to go after me, |
| 0:48.3 | because as a great-grandma, she is entitled to a visit whenever she feels like it. I asked them |
| 0:53.2 | all point-bl blank how she could visit |
| 0:55.1 | at our house if we're at the hospital when she gets there. No one could give me an answer and most |
| 0:59.7 | begrudgingly just backed off. But not her though. She decided to make a point. So this idiot drives |
| 1:05.4 | the hour to our house without calling one afternoon. We aren't there because we're at an appointment |
| 1:09.7 | and she goes rabid, blowing up my phone that I need to come home this instant and screeching about how I locked the door to keep her out. Mind you, we lived on the main street of a small city. Like no kidding, Sherlock, it's to keep everybody out. I obviously said, no, we aren't leaving this appointment early, and you can wait if you want, but we won't be home for hours. Have fun sitting on the stoop. She then blows up my father's phone to the point that he thinks his dad has had another heart attack. She lies that we talked on the phone and said, I'd be home all day, which we definitely didn't. She then makes a Facebook post with a selfie outside my house, saying that I locked her out and I won't let her see |
| 1:44.8 | the baby. Like she seriously is so delusional. After that, the rule became not only can you not come |
| 1:50.6 | without asking first, but I will no longer be answering any phone calls. All communication must be |
| 1:55.7 | through text messaging because I need proof of what was and wasn't said, and you can't say we spoke |
| 2:00.7 | on the phone if |
| 2:01.4 | everyone knows I no longer take phone calls from anyone, except for my parents and my friends. |
