This is something that I think you'll see as you listen into this podcast is it's not going

too far to say that this is probably the biggest game changer in mental health and psychiatry

in history, in the history of that

field. So I think you're really going to enjoy it. One little thing I might add is if you have

no sort of awareness on the growing field of research around psychedelics and psychedelic-assisted

psychotherapy that has really

exploded over the last decade or so. And if you don't have that awareness and you're kind of

going into it, oh, you know, psychedelics, those are drugs and drugs are bad and therefore,

you know, what is this? You know, and you have that kind of association and you think these are just drugs. Please, you know, what is this? You know, and you have that kind of association and you think these are just drugs.

Please, you know, try to do your best to drop those kinds of associations.

They're not helpful.

They're not accurate.

Try and drop anything you think you, you know, any sort of negative associations or emotional associations you have

around this topic, open your mind literally and figuratively speaking to this topic, and I think
