Hello there and welcome to another episode of the AT Parenting Survival Podcast.

Today I want to talk about what do you do when your child doesn't want help for anxiety

or OCD?

And a lot of times as parents, often, we think that's the end of the road, game over.

My child doesn't want to work on it, so I either don't do anything or I force it and

there's so much more in between that.

So today I want to dive into exploring why a child or teenager wouldn't want help

for anxiety or OCD because there's lots of different reasons and then what to do about

it because there are a lot of action steps that you can still take as a parent and the

only question that really you need to know is why it's happening and then what's your

next step because there is always, always, always, always a next step.

There's never inertia, there's always something that you can do for this journey and we're

going to explore what that is.
