There's a lot of discussion around Strength-based approaches.

I mean, you hear this a lot in the school system, and as a therapist, I've, you know,

it's a good therapeutic approach, but I want to talk about it and how I use this loosely

and how I approach my kids with anxiety and OCD.

How I approach the kids that I work with in general and how you can approach your child

with anxiety or OCD in a way that builds up their strengths, focuses on their strengths.
