Social anxiety is highly genetic, so it's not surprising that it's going to run in families

and it's not surprising that I've struggled with it my whole life and then that my daughter is struggling

with it. So and my other daughter struggles with it.

Even my son I think a little bit. So today we're going to talk about what it is, how it shows up,

and how you can fight it, which is really important.
