| 0:57.3 | really really difficult. So I thought it would be good to do a whole episode just |
| 1:00.6 | on how to reduce overwhelm in your life and in your world. |
| 1:05.0 | And it's good to sometimes take a break from talking about our kids and check in with you and say, |
| 1:11.0 | how are you doing? Are you doing okay? Are you hanging in there? Let's talk about how we can make |
| 1:16.6 | that a little bit better for you. And I think right now just in our world in general there's |
| 1:21.8 | a lot more stress, a lot more anger a lot more |
| 1:25.4 | irritation so everybody's kind of on edge and our kids can feel that so some of our |
| 1:30.9 | kids aren't doing as well there's a lot of change for our kids. |
| 1:34.0 | So there's a lot to be overwhelmed about, but not to list all you're overwhelmed. |
