Well, hello there and welcome to another episode of the AT Parenting

Survival Podcast. Today I want to talk to you about something that I know a lot of us feel a lot of the time and that is

overwhelm feeling overwhelmed with your child's struggles whether it's anxiety

and OCD or anxiety or just OCD, feeling overwhelmed

maybe with everything that you have on your plate,

feeling overwhelmed now that we have our kids at home,

a lot of us, and we're juggling online learning or this transition of learning can be

really really difficult. So I thought it would be good to do a whole episode just

on how to reduce overwhelm in your life and in your world.

And it's good to sometimes take a break from talking about our kids and check in with you and say,

how are you doing? Are you doing okay? Are you hanging in there? Let's talk about how we can make

that a little bit better for you. And I think right now just in our world in general there's

a lot more stress, a lot more anger a lot more

irritation so everybody's kind of on edge and our kids can feel that so some of our

kids aren't doing as well there's a lot of change for our kids.

So there's a lot to be overwhelmed about, but not to list all you're overwhelmed.
