Like how do we prepare our kids for the next school year when really we don't even know

what's going to be happening. The unknown

can be really hard for kids with anxiety or OCD, the lack of routine, the constant

change, all of those issues can bring about a lot of stress and anxiety. Not only

for our kids, but actually for us as well. So I wanted to do this episode to just talk about some ways that we can mitigate some of that stress.

We can't mitigate all of it obviously because there's only so much we can do when the reality

is a stressful situation.
