I hope you guys are doing okay.

I know it has been ongoing weird times and I hope that your family is

staying healthy and well and that your kids with things that you know CD are

coping and I know a lot of them actually

surprisingly are especially if germs and sickness is not their theme I'm

finding that most of the kids I'm working with my practice at this point

are doing okay. A little spikes sometimes in their own anxiety and OCD themes but

surprisingly resilient and I hope that that's what's happening at your house as well.

We've had kind of a roller coaster over here,

it's been kind of up and down, but I know my eight-year-old was feeling sick a few days ago.

Actually it was last week.

She was feeling sick on Tuesday of last week.

And I thought she was just finally like getting kind of depressed about what's going on and she was lethargic and she was moody and

she was having some big meltdowns. I'm like what is going on with you?

And the following day she spiked a fever and she started a throw up and I

thought oh my gosh you know I read too much and so I'm like what if this is
