One of the biggest struggles parents have is motivating their child to work on OCD. Who can blame them? Working on OCD can be extremely difficult and overwhelming. But, there is a tool in the toolbox that many parents haven’t explored – that’s ACT. listening to about OCD and I've never done a podcast on it because I am not an

act specialist I don't practice act although I'm starting to realize that I do and

I didn't even know that I did but I definitely starting to realize that I do and I didn't even know that I did. But I definitely

wanted to bring on someone who is more of an expert than me and so I have

invited my friend and colleague Dr. Patricia Zerita Ona to the show I like to refer to her as Dr Z

and she and I connected a while ago she reached out to me and wanted some guidance and had been listening to

my work and as I learned more about her I realized that she's a phenomenal person.

She has authored multiple books.
