because that is a place where we all wind up at least once while we're on this journey.

And I wanted to make an episode just speaking to that feeling of hopelessness so that I can reach some of you who are maybe feeling like that right now.

So I'm going to get into that. I'm going to share a little bit about my own journey and a lot of what I see in my practice and talk about some inspirational things to hopefully kind of give you a little bit of a

sunbeam and some perspective of future hope.

So before I do that, just give you an update on what is going on in the AT parenting survival world.

I am very busy working on a sleep course. So I have a new online on demand video

class coming out in the beginning of September and I actually have created a free PDF for people just to get them thinking about sleep struggles.

So if you are a parent where one of your issues is sleep,

and it's hard to function when you can't get your kids to sleep.
