It's something that I'm really passionate about like empowering them to help themselves.

Yeah. I'm wondering what you think about like how do you begin that conversation with your child?

You know, I don't think any of us as kids,

nor as adults, do we want to think that there's something wrong with us constantly that we have to fix?

You know, I think if we wake up in the morning thinking, oh my goodness, here are, here are 500 problems that we have that we need to work on, you know, and that's what a day is going to be like and that's what my life is going to be like.
