share it in my practice and try to get parents to read it to their children. So Karen and I had a

wonderful conversation about many different topics.

We talked about why it's important to teach your kids about anxiety, about the mechanisms of anxiety. She talks about how to help your kids work

through the physiological responses of anxiety when it's physically hurting

them, when their stomach hurts, or they're

getting panicky.

She talks about why it's important to explain anxiety and partner with your child so that they can understand why they need to
