Well, hello there, and welcome to another episode of the AT Parenting Survival Podcast.

Well, I hope everything is going good for you.

0:20.0

Last week I was going to talk about how to figure out what your child is anxious about and

0:25.6

then the Las Vegas shootings happen and so I bumped that theme and I wanted to talk to you

0:32.0

instead about how to talk to your kids about horrific things that happen in our world and I hope your kids are doing okay

1:31.0

and I was going to tell you a whole story about that.

1:33.2

But I forgot that this week is OCD Awareness Week, which is a big deal in the

1:41.1

OCD community and I really want to do my part in spreading

1:46.0

knowledge and spreading information. And so I thought, I can't do a podcast not on O. C. D.

1:52.0

During O. C. D. week. That's not okay. So I bumped the other topic for another week, so I'm so sorry

2:00.6

But today we're gonna talk about three things that I wish every parent raising a child with the OCD would do.
