So today we are going to talk about child OCD and how it's way beyond germs and orderliness.

And I want to go into the eight most common O. C. D. themes and what they look like in kids.

This is especially important because even if your child has

O. C. D. already and you're like Natasha I know it's beyond that. Most parents

don't know all of the different themes.

And when a new theme pops up, you want to be super proactive

and you want to jump on it and you want to start doing treatment on that new theme and you want to bring it to everyone's

awareness because when OCD is covert, that's when it has the most power.

Now if your child just has anxiety and you're like, oh Natasha, this episode's totally not for me, but whatever, I'll just skip it and go to the next one.

Maybe you shouldn't because if your child has anxiety, unfortunately they're much more likely to get O. C.
