And I think this gets confusing because a lot of times people don't realize their kids

have anxiety or OCD or don't realize that that really

poor behavior or those incredibly intense meltdowns are due to the anxiety or

OCD. So we were talking about that in my private

Facebook group this week and there was an ongoing threat about it and it seemed

like this is something that a lot of us struggle with and so I thought okay I'm going to bump the topic that I was going to talk about this week and I'll move this one up because it seems really relevant.

So you're going to have to bear with me today because I am completely exhausted.

My five-year-old is sick and they're all supposed to be at camp today and nobody is anywhere but here because she's six so she

didn't want to go to camp which means my seven-year-old son doesn't feel like he

needs to go to camp.

And so my like quiet Wednesday has turned into my like chaotic Wednesday. So you're going to hear a lot of screaming in the background.

Well, yeah, you're not.

And then the other thing is that I'm exhausted because my daughter, my five-year-old has a cough and my 13-year-old this past month got croup. And it's so weird she always gets crew even though she's
