Welcome to AT Parenting Survival Podcast, where you get supporting guidance through the chaos of parenting.

0:07.0

Here's your host, Child Therapist Natasha Daniels.

0:11.0

Well, hello there, I'm Natasha Daniels and welcome to another episode of the

0:15.5

AT Parenting Survival Podcast. Today I want to talk to you about how anxiety

0:20.8

affects our kids eating.

0:23.8

And I'm not talking about just picky eating.

1:14.6

So that's what I think normally brings out the parental anxiety.

1:19.1

And I'm speaking about this from complete experience, unfortunately.

1:22.0

I feel like I always say that. So let's get

1:26.0

started with how anxiety affects kids eating. For starters this is something that parents don't miss because picky eaters are noticed.

1:39.1

So the other stuff that we've talked about in the past and other episodes, you know, they fly under the radar really

1:43.8

easily and sometimes parents missed this, but picky eating isn't missed.
