Podcast. I'm Natasha Daniels and in this episode I'm going to be giving you a

little bit of background about why I started this podcast and who I am in general. So many of you might

know me from my website anxious toddlers.com and those that don't know me might be thinking, oh, she writes about toddlers.

And I don't. I write about all ages. I kind of wish I had never named my website that,

but it is what it is. You know, don't we all have regrets?

So I'm a child therapist and a mom to three kids.

I've got a 13 year old, a 7 year old, and a 5 year old,

and I have a private practice where I help kids of all

ages, but in the last two years I've developed an online presence as well. I wrote a book and to help promote the book I made a website and

little did I know at the time that the website was going to just blow up and become a passion of mine.

And as the years progress, I have been wanting to delve even deeper

and have made a YouTube channel, and then I had podcasts on my to-do list forever and this is the month

that this is going to happen. So I'm so glad that you are here because this is the very beginning part of this new journey.

When I was a child, I had tons of anxiety and anxiety really

wasn't talked about in my family too much. I don't think anyone knew in my

family that I was anxious even though I actually threw anyone knew

up in my family that I was anxious, even though I actually threw up every single time I had any kind of change.
