One of the things I love about the Psalms is it showcases human emotion.

Things that we struggle with were the same things that they struggle with.

And maybe the circumstances are different, but the emotions they are going through are not.

And so today what we're going to look at is this example of some of the emotion and the heaviness and the grief and the

joy that comes after we've walked through something difficult, after a trauma. There's so many
