So tomorrow will be our 3,000th episode.

I can't believe that.

I guess I have recorded my voice a lot. It's out there in the

airwaves all over the place. So, wow, and times that by five minutes each, and you've got a lot of

Mary talking. But anyway, I just wanted to thank the Lord for his faithfulness to me. There have been

times that it's been hard to do this little ministry, and I am grateful

for the Lord for coming up with the idea through my mastermind group. They were the ones that

helped me find it, and for sustaining me for an hour in year eight of pray every day, and that's

amazing to me. Today I'm reading part of Psalm 78. We're going to be here for a while.

This is a really long Psalm. It's recounting the nation of Israel's history. So I'm going to be reading

from Psalm 78 1 through 22 in the World English Bible. This is a contemplation by ASAF.

Hear my teaching, my people, turn your ears to the words of my mouth.

I will open my mouth in a parable.

I will utter dark sayings of old, which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.

We will not hide them from their children, telling to the generation

to come the praises of Yahweh, his strength and his wondrous deeds that he has done. For he has

established a covenant in Jacob and appointed a teaching in Israel, which he commanded our fathers,

that they should make them known to their children,

that the generation to come might know even the children who should be born, who should

arise and tell their children, that they might set their hope in God and not forget God's
