He guides your soul into peaceful rest and assurance.

Breathe deeply, in and out close your eyes and rest he's with you. He loves you.

In him, your soul finds rest.

Whatever emotions you're feeling at the present,

exhale them and release them to the Lord.

Breathe in and out, deeply, peacefully.

Settling your thoughts on the protective arms of the Savior he's with you tonight your soul will find rest as you wait on God and feel his presence in the room be at peace and relax
