Hey everyone, this is Mary Demuth, and this is Pray Every Day, where I pray you through the Bible verse by verse.

So happy to have you here on this fourth day of March as we're marching our way through this month.

And so grateful to have you here.

I would like to pray for someone who is hurting, just emotionally hurting.

And Lord Jesus, I lift up my friend who is hurting.

Maybe they have a relationship difficulty that doesn't seem to be resolving,

or there is just a conundrum in their mind that they keep mulling over and over and over

and it keeps kind of circling around and they can't let go of it.

Or perhaps there's just some anxiety, just rearing its ugly head or panic that's been coming in or a heavy weightedness of depression. Lord, I pray for a lifting within the hearing of my voice, not that it has any sort of magic, it doesn't. But your Holy Spirit is able to be the lifter of our heads. So I pray that for my friend today.

Would you be the lifter of their head, of their heart, of their spirit, of their soul, of their relationships,

and even of their financial means?
