Hi!

Hii! All right, hey, it is good to see you. Thank you for that. I will never forget that.

So what a joy it has been for the last five and a half years to call this place home and to get to teach you the

word of God. If this is your first time ever at Breakway, you have no clue what's happening,

and that's okay. But I want to make sure you know what you just stepped into. Jack shared it

with you, but Breakway is a Bible study. It's been a Bible study for the

last 32 years. So when we step into this moment where we open up the Bible, we are opening

it because we believe that when we open the Bible, it's like we're opening God's mouth

and he speaks to us. So the reason we study the Bible is to get to hear from God. So this isn't opinion

time with TA where I'm like, okay, I've only got three more times to speak at breakways. So I better

just unload all of my opinions. No, this is a Bible study. So we're going to open up the

Word of God. We're going to read some and then we'll process it and apply it. So before we do that, let's just take a moment.

I want to invite you to pray for yourself.

Just real quick, take a moment in the quietness of your own heart and just say,

God, would you speak to me tonight?

And then if you would take a moment and just pray for me, and would you pray that God would speak through me tonight to you?

Lord, what a privilege it is.
