Hey everyone, it's Mary DeMuth, and this is Pray Every Day, where I have the joy and privilege

of praying you through the Bible verse by verse. So happy to have you here today, and I'm grateful

to be able to read the scripture to you and pray for you. It's a holy privilege, and I just want to

thank you for being part of this sweet audience. You guys are amazing and it's also been super encouraging to me.

So as I kind of worked through wanting to walk away from this because it's a lot of work,

last year you were so kind to just keep me going.

So thank you.

All right, I'm going to read Psalm 112 and 113 in the World English Bible,

and this is what it says. Praise Yahweh, blessed is the man who fears Yahweh, who delights greatly

in his commandments. His offspring will be mighty in the land. The generation of the upright will be

blessed. Wealth and riches are in his house. His righteousness endures forever.

Light dawns in the darkness for the upright,

gracious, merciful, and righteous.

It is well with the man who deals graciously and lends.

He will maintain his cause in judgment,

for he will never be shaken.

The righteous will be remembered forever.

He will not be afraid of evil news. His heart is steadfast, trusting in Yahweh. His heart is established. He will not be afraid in the

end when he sees his adversaries. He has dispersed. He has given to the poor. His righteousness

endures forever. His horn will be exalted with honor.

The wicked will see it and be grieved. They shall gnash with his teeth and melt away.

The desire of the wicked will perish. Mind if I pray for you. Lord, I want to be like that. I don't
