| 1:04.2 | So let's say, for example, we have six ounces of whole chicken. |
| 1:09.0 | That's only going to give us 56 grams of protein. |
| 1:12.4 | Six ounces of steak is 52 grams and then lamb we have 46 grams. |
| 1:17.1 | These are all the same amounts. |
| 1:19.7 | Pork, six ounces of pork is 44 grams. |
| 1:22.8 | Six ounces of salmon is 44 grams. |
| 1:24.8 | You can see that they all vary. |
| 1:26.2 | They're not the same. |
| 1:27.8 | And then we have six ounces of lobster is 32 grams of protein. |
