Dr. Berg clarifies the confusion on the amounts of protein on a Ketogenic Diet. It is recommended to take 3-6 ounces of protein per meal when you’re doing keto (Ketogenic Diet) and intermittent fasting. Protein as the actual weight of the whole food itself and not the grams of protein within the meat, chicken or fish. The amount of protein in foods are not the same as the actual weight of the food. And how much protein you need varies depending on your size, metabolism, age, stress, body problems, and the ability to digest protein is that the actual weight of the meat

Hey guys, today we're going to talk about protein in keto.

I'm going to clarify a confusion that is

is this. I've been coming up over and over again, okay?

And that is this. I've been recommending 3 to 6 ounces on average of protein per meal, okay?

But people want to know is that the actual weight of the meat or the fish or the

egg or is that the protein in the meat, chicken, or fish, or egg.

So when I talk about three to six ounces, I'm talking about the actual weight of the whole

Okay, take a look at this.

So let's say for example, we have six ounces of whole chicken.
