Hello, my friends, and welcome back to the Morning Mindset.

I'm so thankful that you're joining me on this Saturday.

We are looking today at Proverbs 2 verses 9 through 15.

And this is a passage where Wisdom, herself, is speaking to us.

And so it's very interesting, first of all, that the writer Solomon uses that literary

technique to communicate what he wants to say.

But it also is quite intriguing to think of what would Wisdom say if Wisdom was able

to speak to us.

And I believe what we have here in the Scripture is God's opinion of what Wisdom would say

to us because Wisdom really is from God and God is Wisdom.

And so he is telling us, here is how Wisdom would speak to you.

We are in chapter 2 verses 9 through 15 and it says, when you seek out for Wisdom and

when God gives you Wisdom.

Speaking of verse 9, then you will understand righteousness and justice and equity, every

good path.

For wisdom will come into your heart and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul.

Discretion will watch over you, understanding will guard you, delivering you from the

way of evil, from men of perverted speech who forsake the paths of uprightness, walk

in the ways of darkness and who do rejoice in doing evil and delight in the perverseness

of evil, men whose paths are crooked and who are devious in their ways.

My friends, do you notice there is a protective side to Wisdom.

When we receive God's Wisdom, he gives us kind of open eyes to understand three things
