Normally I come, I record these podcasts while looking at notes on my computer that I've put together for weeks.

bed reading a book and I got so excited with this book that I had to jump on the microphone this morning and kind of work it out and

sounding as usual but I feel like you'll forgive me because I think the topic is really helpful but before we get to
