were really trying to blow up the precedent of you know

Paula Jones case where the court said yes something the president did

before he became president there can be a subpoena in a civil case and this was the case and Congress can

subpoena him and the same thing in Nixon but these Republicans on the Supreme

Court they're like oh we don't want to go there. Oh man.

So here's the bottom line.

And this is why I asked are we now at the peak of Reaganism stupidity.

Reagan, in his first inaugural address, his first statement to the nation, said government

is not the solution to your problems, government is the cause of your problems.

And the Republicans took this to heart.
