Fascinating story in the New York Times today by Jeremy Peters titled

Why Michael Savage is Blasting Hannity and right-wing media on the virus.

I have actually over the years on this program praised Michael Savage a number of times,

not because I agree with his ideology or, I think he said many things that are just truly reprehensible

including his Muslim bashing which continues to this day

But he is brilliant at what he does. He's a brilliant storyteller. He's a brilliant

talk radio host. And you know as much as I disagree with what he says and the positions he holds, you have to acknowledge

that skill, just like you have to acknowledge that Trump is a brilliant showman.

You know, he's going to end up with two or three billion dollars with a free television time by the

time the elections roll around with his nightly TV rallies. Same thing. We

would just be pretending reality wasn't reality if we didn't acknowledge those things.

But Michael Savage is now the lone voice on the right

who's calling out these guys. He says, this is from the article, quote, the pimps

and the right-wing media who tell you what you want to hear.

He's calling them out.

He says, they're intellectual dwarfs.

There's science illiterates.

Michael Savage, of course, actually has a PhD from the University of California

and training in epidemiology. He said, we're living in a terrible time in America

where the truth has died. How can we not let our side be called on the carpet

when they lie to the people? says Michael Savage. Do you understand the danger you're in by listening to these people
