0:15.9	You know, we're hearing now about the Koeberger plea deal. And specifically, we're hearing from prosecutor Bill Thompson,
0:27.6	who seemed to avoid interviews in the press. Well, we've got to remember there was the
0:33.0	gag order, but even after it was lifted, he didn't seem to be one that wanted to be in the public eye.
0:40.2	He didn't seem to be the person in my mind that really wanted to go after this case from a death
0:48.6	penalty perspective. It seemed to me like he was okay with taking the plea.
0:57.2	And there are many, many aspects to that.
0:59.9	And I don't, I've said on this show numerous times,
1:03.1	I don't think it was really the wrong decision to take the plea.
1:08.8	I do, however, believe that they could have gotten more back for the plea.
1:14.4	In essence, they were in the driver's seat.
1:17.4	They were running that ship.
1:19.3	They would dictate the terms of this plea.
1:22.5	Yet they got very little from the plea other than, well, they got a plea.
1:27.5	They got four first- the plea other than, well, they got a plea. They got four first degree murder pleas, one at a time, for four lives that was snuffed out.
1:35.8	But they got nothing in regards to information.
1:40.8	They got nothing in regards to how.
1:43.5	They got nothing in regards to why. They got nothing in regards to why.
1:46.8	They got nothing in regards to where is the evidence?
1:51.3	Where is the K-Baw knife?
1:54.5	Where is the clothing you wore that night?
