Oh, yeah, as we were talking, I was thinking back to the Dennis Raider, the BTK killer in Kansas, his allocution.

And I've watched it number of times, about 45 minutes long.

And he goes through and explains what he did, why he did, when he did, what he did, including all the uh sexual components which makes a lot

of people uncomfortable but he described everything in detail as if he's reading off a laundry list

the guy's got like no inflection whatsoever he talks about all of the kill killings that he did

he talked about him as as his projects he would get

interested in a project and it would be a lady who was maybe 55 or 60 lived alone he never saw

a man around there and then that would be his project for a couple of weeks for a couple of months

I was hoping and maybe it'll happen at the sentencing,

that there will be some sort of questioning by Hitler the way they did it in Kansas

and have BTK, the BTK style of allocution,

where Kohlberger would say, why did I do this?

Or I don't know if he would ever actually say it, but I would like to hear him say something.

I'm not expecting him to say anything about sympathy because he doesn't feel sympathy at all.

Because it's all, everything is transactional. People are there to serve him,

and it's a one-way ticket. But I would like to hear something from his lips other than guilty,

five times, guilty, guilty, guilty, you know, guilty. Yeah, no, I'm sure with you.

I would like to see that too.

It'll be interesting to see the way this goes down.

You know, when the family start talking, especially the González family,

I almost want the DA to hear it as much as covert in a way.

Not that I'm comparing those two, but their grief on that day will be in large part due to the procedural steps taken by the district attorney. And I'm sure they're going to have something to say about that. As is, and then the court's going to let them do that. I would say as is they're right, but they have not adopted Marcy's law in the state of Idaho.
