So first of all, let's just start with psychotherapy in general and its outcomes.

Rick Hansen, who I had on the podcast a long time ago, back in 2017, maybe, he, psychotherapy is very good at activation, not very good at installation.

And what he meant was, I can talk about my traumas and I can talk, tell my story of my past,

for example, but therapy, and that can help, but therapy is not great at installing new software, a new way of being for people moving forward.

And I think this can be why some people don't get great results from psychotherapy.
