I'm good. I'm doing great actually.

We just recently got some news from Georgia.

For those of you who listen to season two of

undisclosed on the Joey Watkins case, you'll know that he had a pending habeas

petition before the Walker County Superior Court where he was back in 2016 held in prison.

Last month he had a hearing and that's finally after COVID delayed everything and as of Monday the trial court issued a ruling overturning

his conviction and that's now pending the state's decision of whether or not to appeal it.

But it was a fantastic step forward for his case.

It was a strong ruling.

The court found in favor of Joey on all three of the claims

that were still pending before him and found constitutional violations on all three fronts.

And now we wait and see what the state decides to do.

If they want to appeal Supreme Court or potentially if they don't, at this stage we just don't know.

I mean, it's pretty fantastic and it's huge news, right?

It's a huge, huge step board. We have known that Joey's legal claims were very, very strong for a long time now.

The hearing proved that they were factually strong as well. The witnesses and evidence were very compelling. There was nothing that
