Hey everyone, Fitz here. This week our team was going about our usual routine of

prepping for episode launch like we do every two weeks. Today though something

fell off. We've decided to postpone our regular show until Monday. When it

drops we hope it'll make you smile because we could all use a smile in these

times. But it just didn't feel right today. I realized that some of you are

going to disagree with what I'm about to say or lament the fact that hard

realities have snuck into a show about the outdoors. And I know some of you are

working your asses off to make our country better in this show. It's a way to

relax, escape and recover when you need rest. And that's okay. Like I said, we'll

be back on Monday. Feel free to turn me off. What's unfolded this week in

Kenosho, Wisconsin? It needs to be acknowledged. And just society our law

enforcement cannot be assigned the duty of judge jury executioner. Nobody

deserves to be shot in the back. Our thoughts and compassion are with Jake

Blake and his family, just like they were for Breonna Taylor, Ahmad Arbery,

George Floyd, Trayvon Martin, Charlene Alliles, and so many others. And I think

about the video clip of a 17 year old Kyle Rittenhouse armed with an AR-15

talking to a reporter minutes before he killed two protesters and through

a way his life. He clearly thought what he was doing was right. And that

frankly is so unsettling. For those of you participating in peaceful actions on

the 57th anniversary of the March on Washington, please be safe. Thanks to the

NBA players and coaches who led the national conversation this week with

honest emotion, vulnerability, and thoughtful decision making. That's what
